REQUIREMENTS
Purpose of the job:
Perform Plant Manager/Operations related duties pertaining to the day to day operation of a dedicated Service Center within the CHEP Operations network. The role will act as the single point of contact for CHEP and will have full responsibility to oversee the KPI’s of the third party management activities.
Key Accountabilities:
· Conducts quality audits per operations manual guidelines and ensure proper controls are in place to maintain quality standards that meet or exceed customer expectations
· Develop procedures to provide continuous improvement around Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety
· Interact and develop a partnership with the Third Party managing the facility to ensure compliance to CHEP standards and SOP’s
· Perform audits and report on Service Center operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Ensures proper handling and storage of CHEP equipment.
· Ensures proper receiving and shipping of CHEP equipment
· Perform audits around Safety and Sanitation to ensure compliance.
· Performs other duties as needed.

Knowledge and Attributes
§ Knowledge of Microsoft office programs including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point or comparable programs.
§ Negotiation skills
§ Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
§ Understanding of basic accounting practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
§ Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or equivalent related experience.
§ 3-5 yrs production experience
Supervisor or Manager experience within a production environment
