Operations Communications Advisor

Responsible for creating communication plans and related materials that align with the needs of clients and plan participants in relation to the Customer Care and Planning & Development Departments.
Conform to legal and regulatory standards.
Ensure consistency in messaging and support the organization's positioning and branding initiatives.Serves as a resource to business owners at all levels of management developing proactive communication solutions, messages and scripting in response to emergent situations or specific needs.Continually evaluate and evolve communication tools, ensuring alignment with communication strategy and business needs.
Provide ongoing review of 'audience assessment' and 'delivery methodology' to align with business changes or requirements.Job Requirements
Strong writing and oral communications ability. Demonstrated leadership and team skills. Able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timeframes. Excellent organizational, problem solving, relationship building, and influencing skills.
At least 9 years experience in a corporate or internal communications environment. Healthcare background strongly preferred. Strong project management experience.PBM experience a plus.
Proficient in MS suite of products including MS Project, Power Point and Excel. Paint Shop Pro or other graphics tools experience helpful.
Degree in Communications or related area preferred.
