Office Coordinator-Consumer Travel

Lead a team of competent, motivated staff of leisure travel counselors and financial services representatives (FSRs) providing leisure travel and Travel Financial Services (TFS) to external clients. Responsible for coaching and developing a team of Travel Counselors and Financial Services Representatives. Lead the team to achieve both individual and group sales and revenue goals. Ensure accuracy and quality of customer service through effective monitoring techniques and observance of workflow. Provide frequent feedback and direction to staff by assessing skill levels and overall readiness. Act as a conduit for communication, ensuring that direct reports are well informed about issues which affect them and their customers. Drive continuous improvement of the operation and manage change effectively to motivate and retain employees.Will support marketing strategy and create action plans to drive new business and increase loyal customer base.Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience as a travel supervisor in a fast paced environment.
Must have strong travel industry knowledge; preferably in the leisure market
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented; problem solver; and self starter
CRS Experience
Marketing and sales background a plus
Travel Financial Service experience preferred
