About the PositionWe are currently seeking a General Office Clerk to work in our South Gate, CA office. Aside from day-to-day activities of answering phones, filing, faxing, typing and preparing documents, this position will be responsible for learning all facets of front office operations and be instrumental in the recruting and hiring of general and skilled psoitions for our clients' openings. This psoition requires a desire to learn and acheive as well as a desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced environemnt. Daily inter-action with temporary and full-time employees, clients and management is typical. The successful candidate will be a flexible, team-player with the right attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have 1-4 years working in an office environment, specifically in the areas of human resources, safety orientation and training, and recruiting and interviewing staff. The candidate must be bilingual English and Spanish and must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends. The right candidate will possess strong PC skills, specifically in MS Excel and MS Word.
