OLAP Consultant

Our client, an international business intelligence firm located in Conshohocken, PA, is looking for proven finance and business professionals that have a strong aptitude and interest in information technology. As a member of their project team, successful candidates will work closely with client resources to understand and document business requirements, design and deploy efficient business intelligence solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
- Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of functional business experience, coupled with strong technical skills in: Microsoft Excel & Visual Basic; Applix TM1, Hyperion Essbase, Cognos, Business Objects, or similar BI/OLAP technologies; and Microsoft SQL Server & Analysis Services
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, financial reporting systems
- Proven project management skills
- Strong interpersonal (oral, written, listening, persuasion, negotiation, presentation) skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively on a team
- Self starter with a strong work ethic, ability to work with minimal supervision, results-oriented, flexible and adaptable
- Must be willing to travel 30%-60% of the time
- Hands-on multi-dimensional OLAP experience in cube and database design (having worked from installation through implementation a plus)
- Understanding of Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Architecture
- Experience creating financial dashboards / scorecards
- Experience with back end ETL and DB Development tools SQL
