OFC Travel Counselor

Position Description:
Responsible for the successful completion of travel arrangements within CWT and client guidelines, meeting the standards of excellent customer service.

- Modifies domestic and international reservations for clients to include air, hotel, and ground transportation created within an on-line self-booking system.
- Troubleshoots and documents technical errors that occur with the on-line booking tool.
- Records all calls handled utilizing an automated call tracking system.
- Advises clients of international travel requirements such as visas, passports, immunizations, etc.
- Supports multiple accounts
- Supports up to 2 On-line booking tools
- Operates within detailed procedures under close supervision.
- Interacts with traveler or travel arranger, and provides 1st level of support for customer service and technical issues.
- Utilizes CWT preferred vendors to maximize profit, and ensures compliance with the clients' travel policy.
- Adheres to CWT standards in delivering customer service including telephone etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned.




Position Requirements:
Position Requirements - Industry knowledge and reservation skills in order to create domestic and international reservations.
- Proficiency in a minimum of one CRS
- Ability to meet and maintain required performance standards
- Excellent customer service skill required
