Nurse Recruiter

Works under the supervision of the Employment Manager. The Nurse Recruiter’s primary job function is to recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill all nursing staff vacancies (i.e., RN, LPN, Nursing Assistant, Unit Clerk, Monitor Tech, Sitter, Nurse Intern, Nurse Resident, Emergency Tech, and Surgical Tech, etc.). Provide proactive recruitment strategies for the nursing profession that support the mission, vision, and values of SOMC.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

Licensure: Valid Ohio Nursing License.

Experience: Two to three years nursing experience.
