Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office

ITIL Service Consultants are individuals who participate in a wide range of IT process related consulting engagements. These projects may include assessment, requirements definition and solution design as related to key ITIL areas. The work may also include implementing solutions including new process components, organizational structures, tools and technology or policies. Individuals may also participate in business case development, KPI and metric definition and financial analyses.

Consultants will have the opportunity to build technical and managerial skills within the IT solutions space; conduct work planning and prioritization for team/group and are often held accountable for maintaining day to day client relationships.

Key Responsibilities May Include:
?Lead or participate in the analysis of a client’s current environment and the definition of future business and technical requirements
?Perform strategic analysis and develop recommendations in one or more of the following areas: TCO, ROI, Risk, Security, Business Impact, Sourcing
?Lead a Consulting team that may include client and/or subcontractor team members

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications

•Must have 5-7 years of professional experience
•Certification in one or more ITIL processes is strongly preferred
•Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements
•Project Management skills including: Work-planning, Estimating, Meeting Facilitation, Issue Resolution and proficiency with MS Project and Office Suite.
•Understanding of process and quality management.
•Ability to conduct detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments
•Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
