Network Engineer/Technician

REPOSTING 7/26 CANDIDATES NEEDED. This position will directly interface with business customers that are planning to purchase or have purchased an Telecommunication Managed Service. The candidate will have strong customer skills, be able to solution customer requirements, have an in-depth knowledge of logical router configurations and both LAN and WAN routing topologies. Skilled knowledge in Layer 2, and Layer 3 routing. Experience in VoIP, LAN Switching, and Firewalls a plus. Required Skills: High level of expertise in Cisco router configuration, especially routing skills (including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP) at least 4 years recent implementation experience High level of expertise in Cisco router network troubleshooting at least 4 years recent experience Skilled in Frame, ATM, Private Line, and all forms of resiliency design, including ISDN Skilled in MPLS and Class of Service High level of experience in working closely with many customers to understand and implement their requirements satisfactorily. Excellent customer communication skills
