Network Administrator

Ace Industries is the largest hoist and crane manufacturing and service company in the United States. In business since 1932, we are a recognized leader in our field.Currently, we are seeking a Network Administrator for our headquarters in Norcross, GA to provide support for 10 Southeastern offices.DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for network and Windows server(s) maintenance and support under the direct supervision of the IT manager. The network administrator will be responsible for implementation and support of our company's data and telephony systems.JOB SPECIFICS:
- Accountable for the design, implementation, and coordination of major telephony and network projects while maintaining all pre-existing systems.
- Maintain voice and data network systems.
- Provide support and troubleshooting to 125+ users spread throughout 10 regional offices.
- Maintain network, PC stations, servers, and routing equipment.
- Monitor systems and backup applications.

REQUIREMENTS
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with server applications in a Microsoft networked environment is required.
- Extensive experience with Windows 2000/2003 Server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, and network and router configuration and management is required.
- Hands-on experience with implementation and support for Cisco telephony solutions including a background in PBX and a comprehensive understanding of call center features.
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in security management, including Group Policy Objects.
- Knowledge of server hardware and construction
- Intermediate proficiency with MS SQL Server
- Strong configuration and networking skills are required.
