Deloitte's National Solutions group is a nationally based Tax Consulting practice that works with a client to identify and implement tax strategies that can positively impact your global effective tax rate, cash flow, and shareholder value. Our dedicated Tax Consultants can help you to strategically align your tax structures to achieve the greatest possible tax efficiency. We provide ideas and resources across many tax disciplines that can identify new types of tax savings.
 
The National Solutions practice is a unique Tax Consulting practice that does not experience the traditional tax "busy" seasons and does not handle compliance areas.

 As a member of one of the National Solutions team you will have the opportunity to leverage your Accounting, Tax or Law knowledge to identify lucrative opportunities to secure such Tax incentives for our clients.  You will conduct interviews with highly knowledgeable researchers, attend client meetings with Tax Partners and professionals, assist in selling services directly to clients and be afforded the opportunity to participate in all aspects of engagement strategic planning initiatives.
 
Senior Consultants must have:
 3 years experience in a similar setting, or experience with tax returns or client papers
 Strong research, written, and verbal communication skills
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
