team.
 
Research & Development:
Research & Development, targets Fortune 500 Companies eligible for various Research & Development Tax Incentives.  Our team includes many former IRS officials who personally participated in the development of R&D credit regulations and rulings.  In addition to extensive industry and technical experience, our specialists are supported by an electronic database of work programs, templates, and technical resources that give our professionals a distinct advantage in delivering. 
 
Responsibilities Include:
- Use your Accounting, Tax or Law knowledge to identify lucrative opportunities to secure such Tax incentives.
- Conduct interview with highly knowledgeable researchers.
- Attend client meetings with Tax Partners and professionals.
- Assist in selling services directly to clients.
- Participate in all aspects of engagement strategic planning initiatives. 
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- Senior Consultants
and Managers
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Motivation
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility for extensive regional travel.
 
Preferred Candidates Will Have:
- BA/BS in Accounting
- CPA, MS in Taxation, MBA, or LLM in Taxation is desirable
- R&D experience is a plus
- Previous Federal/Core Tax or Financial Audit background are desired.
- Candidates with previous Big 4 experience will be given priority consideration
