National Sales Manager - Travel

Park 'N Fly, the leader in off-airport parking, is currently recruiting for the position of Sales Manager, located at the corporate headquarters in the Vinings (NW) area of Atlanta.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will motivate, coach and closely manage Market Managers, setting objectives/goals and track on-going progress and delivery.
Key focus on new hire training and on-going training on how to sell new programs and creatively re-sell existing programs.

Will use and enforce CRM tool to manage activities and priorities.

Review/approve field marketing support materials and provide regular feedback on needs of organization.

Will handle key accounts directly, on occasion and other duties as assigned.Travel for this position is approximately 30%-50% nationwide. Salary is commensurate with experience.Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ year’s related experience required.

Travel industry experience required. (i.e. Travel Agencies, Travel Management Groups, Tour Companies, Hotels, and Car Rental)
Understanding of corporate booking tools preferred.
Must have experience managing a remote sales force and posses strong coaching and training skills.

Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and be able to prioritize.

Needs to be a strong team player and promote strong working relationships with field operations.
Must possess excellent time and project management skills along with the ability to think strategically and understand the markets and ability to develop plans of attack.
Must have experience closely tracking sales force results based on set objectives.

Must have experience with sales automation tools and be proficient with MS Office.
