Leveraging Unisys 3D Visible Enterprise, we make visible the impact of their decisions – ahead of investments, opportunities and risks.Job Category: Information Systems ConsultingKey Responsibilities: Serve as Operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the various Communities of Interest (COIs) the AFC2ISRC/CTJ is focused on: Time Sensitive Targeting (TST), Air Operations, Joint Air & Missile Defense, Airspace, Global Strike, ISR and Weather. Expect extensive participation in these COIs to both gain awareness of challenges within the functional communities as well as shape the eventual agreement on data schemas, pilot efforts, and governance. Participation will involve interaction with other operators, acquisition program experts, and network centric data/services experts. The Operational SME's participation is to assist the COIs in reaching agreement on data schemas as well as to ensure USAF interests and operational capability requirements are acknowledged and integrated. Serve as the TST COI secretariat, assisting AFC2ISRC/CTJ in managing the various TST COI working groups, events, meetings, and future pilot efforts. Assist AFC2ISR Center Joint Programs & Initiatives Directorate (CTJ) in gaining insight into all other COIs of interest to AFC2ISRC/CTJ. This insight includes information regarding data schemas, pilot focus, governance, POCs, etc. This insight may lead to follow-up efforts to deconflict focus between COIs. The goal is to eliminate duplication of effort, to include duplicative data schemas. Participate in the discussion and research that will eventually lead to either a demonstration of the COIs network enabled services/data schemas (e.g. NATO Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration event), or validation of the COIs effort via an exercise (e.g. Combined Endeavor). Act as the liaison with the USAF`s architects to update their architecture when COI efforts require it. Act as the liaison to the COIs in the capability based planning methodology effort, since the methodology may highlight COI pilot priorities via its gaps and shortfalls analysis. Provide support to AFC2ISRC/CTJ as they host and manage the C4ISR Multi-Service Working Group (MSWG) and the Flag Officer/General Officer (FO/GO) Global Information/Sharing Session (GIG-ISS) series of meetings. This effort will require interaction with the other Service`s C2ISR agencies within the Tidewater Virginia area, Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM), the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Army Capability Integration Center (ARCIC), and the Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC). The Operational SME must possess the following capabilities: Be familiar with the architecture building process; Be familiar and have experience with capability based planning methodology; Be familiar and have experience with TST, Air Operations, Joint Air & Missile Defense, Airspace, Global Strike, ISR, and Weather Expertise. The Operational SME must have demonstrated expertise in the following: As a minimum, 15 years expertise with military operations or, 10 years military operations experience and an Advanced Degree (Masters or above). The majority of military experience shall be in one or more of the following areas: Air & Space Operations Center planning, execution and airspace, National Missile Defense, DCGS, National Intel, ISR sensors, and NATO. The Operational SME should be competent in professional writing and speaking and have good organizational skills and must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.Clearance Requirement: Top Secret
