Responsibilities Include: Sales, promotions and marketing of Molina Advantage to dual eligible Medicare-Medicaid recipients within approved market areas to achieve stated enrollment and retention goals, while following ethical sales practices and adhering to established policies and procedures. This position is for King County.

Job Requirements


REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED. Life and Disability license. 1 – 3 years progressive sales, promotional and marketing experience in a Medicare or Medicaid Managed Care/HMO environment, proven sales track record. Valid driver’s license required. Act as a full time dedicated member enrollment counselor and patient advocate focused on achieving sales enrollment and retention goals within a defined market area. Assist in the initial and on-going development and refinement of promotional and marketing strategies and tactics to maximize the effectiveness of enrollment and retention efforts. Identify and coordinate enrollment opportunities through active participation in community events and targeted community outreach to group associations, community centers, senior centers, senior residences and other potential marking areas. Work closely with network providers to identify and educate potential members; participate in provider promotional events. Develop, build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key community leaders and influencers. Coordinate and participate in local marketing evens, including health fairs, immunizations and screenings. Develop requests for proposed events. Strong existing relationships with targeted community organizations and agencies, passion for working with senior, disabled & low income populations, excellent communication, listening, presentation and consultative skills. Strong interpersonal & organizational skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team to achieve goals. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
