Market Research Analyst - Lexington, MA

You're a leader with a head for research. You could be the next Market Research Analyst with VistaPrint. You'll use your strong primary research skills -- including survey design, quantitative methods, SAS/SPSS analysis, survey data analysis, vendor management -- to ensure that useable primary and syndicated data gets to our internal clients. You will plan, design and execute primary qualitative and quantitative research to support exciting activities in branding, product development and customer management. You'll strategically analyze and guide tactical recommendations resulting from research. To help in developing an accurate overview of the e-commerce and printing industries, you'll lead the evaluation of secondary research data, reports, vendors, and methodologies. You will participate in the development and management of a robust, comprehensive Voice of the Customer tracking platform.

REQUIREMENTS


To succeed you'll need a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, or another relevant field, with at least 5 years of professional business experience. Only candidates with knowledge and experience using SAS will be considered for this key manager position, which requires excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
