Managing Consultant

One of our clients is looking for a strong strategic-oriented consultant who has had 5+ years of experience with managing product development for a major retail oriented financial institution. Your experience must include working with customer intelligence information gleaned from sales and customer transactions which would lead to product extensions and new product development. Internal interfaces with Global technology and Operations is a daily occurrence along with creating marketing plans which introduce new products and services

The position also manages the customer retention strategies, improvements to client services, enhancing operational support to clients and product roll-outs.Job Requirements
The ideal client will have worked for 5+ years as a consultant to the banking industry, particularly retail or will have been in a bankcard environment with a fee service, payments and/ or product development and management role. Strong customer focus and continuous improvement orientation is a must along with strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
