Manager of Forecasting, Planning and Analysis

Duties will include direct responsibility for managing finance relationship with specified departments; supervise and prioritize support staff within designated area of responsibility; assist Director of FP&A with departmental direction-setting and problem solving. Successful candidate wil perform highly complex financial analysis related to financial results, state legislation, new product development, acquisitions and store performance.
Will also serve as Business Partner to Specified Operating Areas.Act as point of contact for primary Business partners for financial planning, analysis or budget need.
Collaborate with internal customers to develop, design and manage complex financial analysis.
Assist business units in their efforts to improve financial results by providing analysis & recommending financial strategies.
Build relationships with other groups and personnel throughout the companyDevelop and Implement Process Improvement Initiatives
Create, design & implement process improvement for FPA area
Build forecast process & capital budget using financial software tools
Provide recommendations to DirectorStaff Development
Review staff assignments & progress

Delegate work for better efficiency
Provide clear & effective feedbackJob Requirements
-Executive Presentation skills are critical (verbal, electronic, and face-to-face)-Critical thinking, modeling skills and the ability to “tell the story” with analytics and reporting.-Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point etc. Ability to learn and understand computer systems-Ability to work as key contributor in team environment.
