Enterprise Integration (EI) is a team of internal consultants that report directly to the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Limited Brands. EI provides project management and business strategy development and execution support to brand and function leadership. The team's work focuses on enterprise wide or cross-brand integration projects including business transformations and mergers and acquisitions.Enterprise Integration (EI) is a team of internal consultants that report directly to the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Limited Brands. EI provides project management and business strategy development and execution support to brand and function leadership. The team's work focuses on enterprise wide or cross-brand integration projects including business transformations and mergers and acquisitions.The Manager, Enterprise Integration will provide project management and change management support to a number of enterprise projects (e.g. new organization design, M&A, business strategy development and execution, large scale tests). Position will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of approaches, project plans, processes, and change management activities. Individual will work with Director or VP of Enterprise Integration to support project sponsors and working teams through successful achievement of milestones. Will provide counsel to Analysts/Senior Analysts working on the project.Responsibilities will include:
Project Management - develop and manage project plans to ensure timely completion of deliverables; track and report project progress, performance, risk and issues to project stakeholders
Change Management - define change management approaches to support project objectives; oversee successful execution of change activities; facilitate and coach leaders, teams and large groups through organizational development and change processes
Business Strategy Development - support business leaders in the development, communication and execution of business strategies
Meeting Facilitation / Issue Resolution - facilitate large and small group meetings; includes meeting design, facilitation and potentially logistics support
Team Leadership - assist in management and development of EI Analysts and Senior Analysts
REQUIREMENTS
-Masters degree or equivalent experience.
5-10 years project management, change management or business planning experience.
Experience managing large, complex projects across multiple functions or businesses
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, particularly in situations where operating without direct authority
Experience implementing strategies and plans based on the diagnosis of organizational issues and needs
Experience in coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams
Experience in conflict resolution among leaders and cross-functional teams
Must have strong consultative skills
Experience managing and developing teams
Experience in any of the following areas a plus: financial analysis, process/continuous improvement, organization development, mergers & acquisitions, strategy consulting
