Manager, Recruiting and Staffing

We have an immediate opening for a Manager of Staffing to work in our corporate headquarters in Berwyn, PA. This position is responsible for the delivery of internal and external recruitment services for this technology company. The Recruiting Manager provides the day-to-day oversight of a team of five recruiters and one coordinator.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to the recruiting team.
•Serves as the primary point of contact for issues related to open positions
•Implements strategies and tactics to address high volume, rapid response and proactive recruiting needs for a growing company
•Collaborates with management and hiring and recruiting teams to identify and remove obstacles related to filling open positions
•Participates in the development, implementation and administration of creative and strategic processes, tools and recruitment and selection programs
•Provides full lifecycle recruiting support for key personnel and strategic positions
•Manages contractual relationships with employment agencies, job search websites, and other recruiting related vendors
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 5 years progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience to include a minimum of two years of experience leading recruiting teams in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
•Demonstrated track record of developing and mentoring recruiters.
•Hands-on approach to leadership.
•Demonstrated creative sourcing strategies.
•Excellent written and verbal communication. Must be able to compose job descriptions, write reports, and develop arguments.
•Must be able to work on multiple tasks at the same time. Must be able to meet changing deadlines with short notice.
•Must possess strong problem solving/analytical/reasoning skills.
•Must be focused on quality and accuracy and possess a high degree of initiative.
•Must be technically proficient in MS Office.
