(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The BearingPoint Communications and Content Next Generation Services (NGS) team is currently searching for a Visionael Network Inventory Specialist to assist in rolling out best of class Inventory Management Solutions to our global clients.Relocation: No (Must live near a major airport)Location: East Coast (Preferable-Mclean,VA; New Jersey, NJ; Dallas,TX; Atlanta,GA)Level: ManagerPerformance Profile:The OSS Network Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for development and delivery of Inventory Management Solutions to our client. These solutions include Assessments, Integration, and Implementation related to COTS and custom Network Inventory products (e.g. Cramer, Granite, MetaSolv, NetCracker, Visionael).The Network Inventory Management Specialist will perform as a Project Lead or Team Lead client serving teams, and be responsible for technical aspects of the project which may include: Installation, Configuration, Data Migration, and Integration of the selected vendors solution. Daily interaction with client resources (Network Engineers, Provisioners, Asset Managers, NOC Managers etc) will be expected. Additionally, the Network Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales process as a Solution Engineer and a SMS. Interaction with Executive level client resources will be required.Technical & functional requirements: Must be experienced in the use of Visionael. Should be experienced in software based Inventory Management Solutions such as Cramer, Granite, MetaSolv, NetCracker, and Visionael. Implementation experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience using the product.Minimum years of experience required: 3 years experience in a consulting environment implementing OSS Inventory and/or Provisioning applications. Prefer 4-6 years using Inventory Management and/or Provisioning software applications.Minimum industry experience required? 4-6 years in a Service Provider (Telecom or Cable/MSO) environment or 2-3 years in a Consulting role serving Service Provider clients.Logistics:Travel requirement: 75-100% Travel Required. Must live near a major airport.
