Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced individuals who will leverage their experience in business, marketing, finance and/or training to provide advisory services and training to our clients. We will make a significant investment training you on our systems, solutions and techniques that we have developed in our successful consulting practice.Consulting responsibilities include:
Working closely with clients to implement Practice Management solutions
Teaching and making presentations to groups of up to 40 dentists and staff members
Participating in developing and enhancing client services
Traveling nationally up to 25% of the time to visit client offices.Qualified candidates must live within daily commuting distance of our corporate headquarters in Owings Mills, Maryland.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience/Qualifications should include:
5+ years experience preferably in accounting/financial or marketing services, business development, organizational development, training, operational and /or strategic consulting experience highly desirable
History of successful client and portfolio/project management
Experience in marketing and referral building
Best practices in business management such as finance and/or accounting practices
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience in training and/or presentingProficiency with MS office
