BWA is adding two consultants to its team in Michigan. Candidates who make the cut like to sell, are smart, have 10+ yrs of progressively successful experience, 5+ in management; are comfortable in front of an audience and wear well with people over time. They’ll thrive in an independent environment, spot solutions quickly and convey them fluidly. When hired, you’ll go through an intensive 9 - 15 mo. training program (depending on how fast you learn) during which you’ll draw a $60M annualized base. At the conclusion of your training, you’ll be given a number of clients to service and targets of new business to generate. MBA and/or P. I. training both plusses, but not necessary.
