The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) provides military intelligence information to warfighters, defense policymakers and force planners in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Management Analyst (Six Sigma) to serve as a Senior Staff Officer in the Performance Management Group (CS-3) in the DIA Office of the Chief of Staff.

Management Analyst (Six Sigma)details:

The person in this position acts as a change agent for DIA, advocating measurement, accountability and a disciplined approach to process improvement throughout DIA.

This Analyst is responsible for process improvement projects aligned with the DIA Strategic Plan including:

collecting data to help identify root cause problemsleading cross-functional teams to identify improvement optionsconducting cost/benefit analysesimplementing process improvements, and setting up monitoring mechanisms to ensure improved performance

The salary range is $91,407 – $118,825 commensurate with your experience, plus an outstanding Federal benefits package.
REQUIREMENTS
Management Analyst (Six Sigma)qualifications:

You must have demonstrated ability to model processes, identify root causes of problems and use statistical tools to recommend performance improvements.You must also have two years of experience serving as a change agent through the development of specific performance objectives, performance improvement plans, and broad strategies that conform with organizational programs to meet goals for transformation.You must meet U.S. citizenship requirements and successfully complete an extensive security background investigation and drug testing. All DIA employees are subject to random polygraph testing.
