FRANCHISE OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Franchise Operations Managers will begin with placement in one or our 35 company centers, located in the NY Metro area. Training and development will be provided to prepare the manager for growth into the Franchise Operation role.
REQUIREMENTS
OPERATIONS MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Drive franchise revenue and profitability
- Goal setting and roadmap development
- Conduct center visits, review business plans, and make frequent contact calls
- Conduct supplementary training as necessary
- EXTENSIVE OVERNIGHT TRAVEL IS REQUIRED

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS:
- 4-Year College Degree
- DIRECT communication skills
- Effective organization and follow-up skills
- High level of energy and a "GET IT DONE YESTERDAY" sense of urgency
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also on an INDEPENDENT basis
- Experience in SALES, MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION or TRAINING preferred
