Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager for our 200+ unit property in Waco. Responsibilities include leasing units to prospective residents, answering incoming phone calls, completing all necessary application and lease paperwork, maintaining accurate resident records in the computer, organizing and filing required paperwork, and assisting the Property Manager with other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must have prior experience leasing in multi-family industry, and have complete knowledge of Fair Housing compliance. We are looking for someone who maintains a professional, friendly personality when dealing with prospects, residents, and vendors. Candidate must be well-organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize responsibilities.
