Leasing Consultant

Advenir is a growing apartment management company with a staff of 125 employees with benefit package including medical, dental, short and long term disability insurance and 401K.

The property has 948 units in Garland, TX. You will be responsible for leasing, touring community with future residents, phone sales, preparing of leases with accuracy and more.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least one 1 year of leasing experience. Familiar with Resident Leases, touring of new residents, resident retention, organized with documentation. Proficient in various software programs including but not limited to AMSI, Windows based applications.
