Learning and Organization Development (LOD) Consultant

Deliver organization development (OD) services to individual, departmental or organizational clients. Identify performance improvement needs; design, recommend and implement appropriate interventions to resolve identified issues in partnership with clients. Design and deliver training for leadership, management, professional and technical skill development. Partner with other human resources specialists to integrate the delivery of human resources services and programs and ensure consistency in philosophies and alignment with business unit goals. Research OD models and tools, contract with clients to identify project objectives, outcomes, timelines and measurements, coach clients and provide process facilitation.
Education/Training & Experience Requirements:•BA in education, industrial relations, psychology, social sciences, business or a related field.•Minimum 4 years experience in training or management consultant role.
