The Learning and Development Strategy Consultant will bring project experience in organizational change activities for large organizations.
You must show competence in stakeholder management, needs analysis, communications planning and learning strategy development.

Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must have minimum 5 years experience with learning strategy and organizational change activities for large organizations.

Experience with Financial markets, Banking, and/or Insurance industry required.
