Performs consultative duties for customizations, modifications, systems analysis, client support and training on various development and customization tools and utilities, serving as the subject matter expert, and transfer product and industry knowledge to early adopters, departments, beta customers and large-scale, high profile costumer implementations. Education methods, deliverables and activities include but are not limited to instructor led training, web casting, on-site client consulting providing subject matter expertise support and so on. Proficient in one or more areas of products and industries, can handle complex curriculum and consulting projects, support technical implementation issues and works independently.Minimum Qualifications:

5 years experience with a development language or tool such as Java, JavaScript, COBOL.

5 years of demonstrated technology consulting expertise with/on Lawson, including the ability to successfully complete the toughest engagements and handle the most troublesome client situations

Demonstrated overall breadth and variety of technology consulting expertise

Consulting skills e.g. customer management and communicationsPreferred Qualifications:
