Learning Analytics Consulting Manager:
The learning analytics consulting manager will be responsible for conducting temporary projects to aide customers in strategic and tactical learning measurement assessments. Specific tasks include the following:

Tasks of the Manager of Consulting Services:
1) Supporting expert to business developers to identify consulting needs with prospects
2) Leader in drafting proposals that articulate recommended approaches to prospects
3) Creator of assessment and other consulting templates to use and reuse in services work
4) Project manager responsible for creating project plans (timing, tasks, deliverables)
5) Primary client point of contact to initiate work and communicate progress at key milestones
6) Tactical consultant that executes the project plan and performs the day-to-day tasks
7) Expert to client on leading interviews, conducting focus groups, requesting and analyzing
information to understand a clients ‘as is’ learning measurement environment
8) Research and document optimal learning measurement best practices (‘should be’)
environment
9) Perform in depth analysis of gaps between client environment and best practice
10) Document in summary and in detail gaps and strategies and tactics to narrow gaps

Skills required:
1) strong data analysis skills
2 strong project management skills
3) strong background in the learning/training/organizational development field
4) deep experience in having created proposals and consulting templates
5) excellent communication skills (oral, graphical, written)
6) strong consultative and professional services skills
7) strong client facing engagement experiences
8) significant experience conducting interviews, focus groups, drafting surveys
9) significant experience working with data and analyzing it
