Lean Facilitator – Training SpecialistOur consulting services in the public and private sectors are in high demand and expanding. Providing a unique blend of organization development, cultural change and operations improvement, we work in cooperation with our clients to assist and accelerate them through complex LEAN business transformation initiatives delivering bottom line results.
To support our growing base of clients, we are recruiting entry and mid level facilitators and training specialists to work on site with our clients facilitating projects/events and training them on all facets of enterprise LEAN transformation including administrative, production and MRO environments.
Duties include:
Providing LEAN education and hands on training in best LEAN business practices for consistent application within their organization
Facilitating and mentoring client facilitators on Lean projects and event activities in both the production and office environments
Acting as a catalyst for technical and cultural change and providing support and mentoring for LEAN facilitators within the client organizations
Identifying and recommending additional services through consultative review of client requirementsCandidates will undergo a comprehensive screening and interview process including:Developing presentation materialsApplying LEAN tools to derive possible future state scenarios to posed problems in a consultative manner
Demonstrating skills in conflict resolution, change management, and teamingThe interviewing process is comprehensive and only appropriately qualified candidates should consider applying.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate experience in the following:
Recent Degree with specialized training in Lean methodologies or a Minimum of 5 years direct administrative and/or factory LEAN implementation experience with in-depth working knowledge of LEAN tools.
Specific experience with the Toyota Production System improvement techniques
Practical knowledge of Six Sigma
Performed as or managed change agent/s in mid to large scale organizational change
Communication techniques and ability to influence all levels of an organization
Skills in managing change and conflict within an organization leading to a lasting cultural change to LEAN
Group facilitation and coaching/mentoring techniques
Exhibit a balance of technical, business, team, and organizational development skills
Skill in managing projects, maintaining progress to plan and goal, bringing closure and delivering sustainable results
High skill level with the Microsoft suite of software tools
