Leadership Development Trainer (Sr. Enterprise Associate)

This position takes the lead role as faculty delivery trainer for Open Enrollment (OE) and Custom programs. Collaborates in design, development and modifications of programs for OE and Custom work. Helps ensure optimal presentations of CCL capabilities, integrating detailed knowledge of how CCL capabilities work together. This position, when serving as a lead faculty on a high-level Custom initiative, facilitates the execution of large-scale projects. This position requires senior level project leadership skills necessary to execute high-level Custom initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have excellent organizational skills. A working knowledge of development for organization-level impact is required for success in this role. The ability to interact effectively with clients through strong relationship building is necessary. Strong instructional design skills to design and develop materials are needed. Successful candidates would have an ability to describe and provide rationale for instructional approaches they devise. Candidates should possess the ability to sequence learning outcomes to reflect the design and maintain instructional expertise throughout the process. We're looking for candidates who have the capacity for developing and delivering curriculum in a variety of formats and can assess the effectiveness of the training design. Expertise in team development and facilitation is key to success in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed as well as the ability to facilitate a wide variety of staff / capacity to manage large teams of "experts" -- both internal and external -- who are also peers. Experience working in a Fortune 500 organization is desired. Proven success working with senior executives is required.
