Lead Organizational Performance Consultant

Essential Functions: This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining performance management and human capital metrics analytic systems, and oversight of the Organizational Performance team; consulting with management throughout the company; supporting the Director, Corporate HR & Business Integration, Business Integration teams and High Performance Solutions Team through communication and administration of performance management systems for the organization; analysis of human capital metrics; and overseeing design/implementation of tools/processes to ensure performance management and human capital data analysis processes are aligned with business strategies and goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
1) Bachelor Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Business/Management and 7 years experience in Human Resources or business analytics; 2) years experience designing and delivering performance management systems, human capital metrics, business analytics processes, managing projects of medium scale, and/or consulting; 3) Statistical analysis and reporting, including statistical analysis software; 4) Working and training others in designing and executing business analytics processes; 5) PC proficiency to include MS Office applications and ability to train others in all applications; 6) Writing, communication, organizational and planning skills.*Preferred Skills: 1) Advanced degree or certification in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resources or business analytics; 2) Experience in consulting and negotiation, including working with senior level management; 3) Experience in project management; 4) Experience in MS Project.
