Lead Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW:The Consultant is responsible for providing consistent, high quality consulting, project management and client solutions within a practice, with a focus on continuous improvement. The consultant will collaborate with the Business Development team and Operations Team to develop new business opportunities and optimize current processes. The majority of time will be spent on client engagements across various verticals.QUALIFICATIONS:â?˘College degree required; professional certification (CPA) and/or MBA highly desirable.â?˘A deep understanding of ERPs and networks (does not have to know how to configure but must be able to develop system maps and communicate connectivity)
â?˘Strong understanding of middle-ware and other system integration technologies
â?˘Good understanding of financial system requirements
â?˘General understanding of imaging, workflow and other optimization tools
â?˘Blend of corporate, public accounting, and consulting setting.â?˘Prior experience with interview techniques.â?˘Strong presentation skills.â?˘Experience using flowcharts (use of Visio etc)â?˘Demonstrated ability to provide consistent, high quality consulting, project management and operational accounting solutions to clients taking a consultative approach.â?˘Previous experience in project management and consulting.â?˘Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
