Lead Associate - Retirement Consulting Services

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job is to coordinate and provide seasonal and updated Retirement Plan training to Retirement Consulting Services (RCS) and the Service Group. You will calibrate telephone calls for the Service Group in order to provide quality assurance technical review. Your job involves organizing the Branch Specialist program including the Branch Specialist monthly Newsletter and organizing the Bisys Training classes. You will track all internal UBS training classes attended by RCS personnel. Your job will assist with Service Excellence calls, Divisional calls, and with developing Product and Technology calls. You will research and reply to Vantive cases as required. Also, you will work on Special projects. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You have a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 4 years of equivalent work experience. You also have 2 - 4 years of Retirement/Operational experience. You have good writing skills and also Training/Platform skills.
