Late Stage Skip - Collection Counselor

Via skip tracing skills, locate customers and/or automobile collateral prior to repossession. Negotiate payments with customers to cure delinquency and prevent repossession. Facilitate repossession activities if necessary. Track progress on software applications such as Excel.

job Requirements



Minimum two years verifiable experience in skip tracing, back-end collections, finance company repossession department, or charge-off collections

Thorough knowledge of FDCPA

Familiarity with web-based skip tracing tools helpful

Working knowledge of office software applications (Word, Excel) HSBC Compensation
