Land Advisor

Division: CentralCategory: LandLand Advisor in the Central Division supporting exploration and production activities under the day to day direction of the Land Supervisor.
Job Description:
May lead or direct projects and/or act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions, and organizations. Represents the company at land/lease sales and tenders bides. Negotiates purchase of the fee lands and rights-of-way. Involved in evaluation/preparation of divestitures and acquisition packages. Possesses and applies advanced knowledge to completion of significant projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Petroleum Land management or Energy Management, Business Administration, Law or related discipline plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Must possess written and oral communication skills appropriate for position. Contract drafting and analytical skills are critical. Must be able to work well with others and use experience and training to support broader company objectives.
