Lab Tech - RAID, SAN, TCP/IP, Windows 2000

Large Redmond-based Software Development Company is in the need of several Lab Tech for one of the biggest lab environments in the world. Candidate will be supporting 3000 plus users for what is arguably the largest build process in the world. The team knows that the breadth of technology is hard to find in one candidate. They need someone that will work in the largest KVM (keyboard video monitor) over IP installation that Reardon has in existence. They will also be working with and cutting edge machines.

Required Skills:
PC hardware knowledge
OS knowledge – Win 2000 back;
Software Install
Network troubleshooting (Blue Screen)
TCP/IP
Switches and hubs
Command Line- Read and understand
Customer Service –Should be able to walk a non-technical person through this scenario and build trust.

Soft Skills:Must be:
Able to hit the ground running
Self Starter
Good with customers
Responsible

Would prefer someone who is extremely passionate about MS technologies.
