Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc., a leader in alternative treatment programs for youth-at-risk, is seeking a Juvenile Justice Counselor for our program in Ft. Pierce, FL. As a Juvenile Justice Counselor will be responsible for providing a safe, secure environment through the use of group counseling techniques, individual relationships, mentoring, and the use of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

REQUIREMENTS
igh school diploma or equivalent required. One year of paid work experience in human services or a field involving customer relations. Some college is preferred. College coursework in excess of two years may be substituted for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
