This position will be responsible for various tasks related to the functioning of the Survey Research Team at the Research and Information Center.ResponsibilitiesSurvey Administration
Assist in the development of survey instruments and other written correspondence (e.g. reports, cover letters) related to survey research including questionnaire wording and proofreading/editing
Build and deploy online surveys for the Web and apply cosmetic enhancements where necessary using specialized survey software and web development packages
Track incoming surveys Collect data from both online and paper sources
Interface with external vendors to answer questions and address project-specific issues to ensure efficiency and accuracy in survey process
Author and execute SAS programs to input, manipulate and analyze data
Respond to requests from internal clients for ad hoc analyses
Provide periodic updates on project status to internal clients
Address inquiries concerning project detailsWeb Development
Serve as the primary point-of-contact and Site Publisher of the team web site on the corporate Intranet
Ensure that information on the site is accurate and up-to-date
Revise, add and modify contents on the site
