Junior Recruiter

Integrity Staffing has an immediate opening for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for screening, interviewing, testing, hiring, and placing associates in light industrial positions. Recruiter will use extensive independent judgment to determine which candidate best fit the clients needs. Work environment is very fast paced and will include interviewing high volumes of people. This position is temporary to hire. It is perfect for those trying to gain experience in the Human Resource field.
Job Requirements


4-year college degree or a combination of experience and education
Strong knowledge of employment law
Excellent Communication is required in both verbal and written formats
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
