Junior International Recruiter: Job Summary: Responsible for locating and recruiting engineering contractors from an international database to work on projects in the U.S. and overseas Negotiate with contractors to secure placement for international assignments Develop independent clientele and contractor relationships Assist in the contractual negotiations with both contractors and clients Assist in the logistics involved with relocating contractors to overseas assignments.Competencies Required: Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment Ability to work with international team Technical familiarity with oil and gas engineering concepts General awareness of international market, including rates and logistics Ability to perform business development functions Knowledge of international employment contract terms and conditions. General Comments: Must be able to develop own database of local and international engineers to fill U.S. and overseas project positions-both on a contract and permanent basis. REQUIREMENTS
Education: Degree preferredTotal years of experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Oil and Gas experience, International experience highly regarded.Technical Skills: Experience with major Oil and Gas Companies Overall knowledge of upstream onshore and offshore oil and gas engineering Knowledge of engineering disciplines Proven track record in filling job orders by matching right person with right job.Personal Skills: Goal/results oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priority setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player-able to work in an international environment Able to develop and nurture client and contractor relationships.
