Java Technical Lead:

The ideal candidate needs to have excellent communication skills.

They should be capable of reviewing architecture and design and making possible recommendations for overall technical framework enhancements for system. Locals preferred!!!

Nice-to-Have: Oracle PL/SQL Development, Technical Project Management, Project Scheduling.

Several small projects to integrate existing web application with Java batch component into existing legacy systems.
