JOB DESCRIPTION
General Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time position is responsible for sales of consumer lawn & garden, commercial landscape, construction equipment. Prerequisites for this role include relevant related selling experience, proven track record of sales success, and strong evidence of cognitive agility and personal initiative. Based in the Kansas City metro, this position requires discipline and commitment in a highly ambiguous and extremely fast paced environment that demands a strong team orientation.
Van Wall Equipment of Kansas City is a division of the Van Wall Group, the largest John Deere dealership organization in the Midwest with 250 employees and twelve locations across Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. The Kansas City facility opened as a prototype state-of-the-art dealership in March of 2003 and is situated along I-35 in Johnson County, Kansas. With approximately 30 employees, the KC organization also represents Polaris as a dealer of ATV’s, Utility Vehicles, and Victory Motorcycles.
This is a full-time position and all standard Van Wall Group benefits will apply. Compensation is commensurate with education, work experience, and overall ability. Minimum of 2 yeas sales experience and college degree preferred. No phone calls please. Direct all inquires to:
