JMO Recruiting Coordinator

Candidate will be responsible for general administration of the Recruiting process, associated tasks and supporting the Junior Military Officer (JMO) Recruiting team.Location: McLean, VAResponsibilities:

Split and manage time to support JMO recruiting and other department tasks, such as managing the Employee Referral Program

Develop and prepare reports as requested by the Recruiting Manager. Reports may include, but are not limited to, resumes received/reviewed, cost per hire, telephone screens conducted, interviews conducted, hires and source of hire

Ensure appropriate follow-up with candidates who are not selected for hire

Schedule interviews as requested

Conduct initial candidate screening interviews

Coordinate all candidate travel. Review schedules and timing to ensure all cost considerations are reviewed.

Maintain all logs and ensure updated on weekly basis

Provide administrative support for JMO Recruiting functions as required

Verify and process invoices and candidate expenses

Coordinate facilities, logistics, mailing, etc. for JMO Recruiting events

Additional duties/projects as assigned by the Recruiting Manager

Some travel required, approximately 25%Basic Qualifications:1-2 years knowledge or experience in HR functions, particularly recruiting
2 years experience/proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excel and Powerpoint are a must
1 year experience with applicant tracking softwarePreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree with 1-2 years business experience
Positive,Professional attitude and works well within a team environment
Ability to multi-task and balance workload
Familiarity with RecruitMax
