Position Title: Involuntary Markets Analyst

Travel Percentage: Minimum

Job Summary:
This in the highest level analyst job. Performs all functions of business analysis for both manual and automated processes. Project responsibilities include business requirement development, process analysis, business system design, user test case development and acceptance testing and issue resolution. Project implementation may include procedure and training materials development. Responsible for producing financial/statistical analysis unique to each situation. May monitor unit's privacy compliance and participate in business or operations audits. May respond to insurance department queries for statistical and other information.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent

6 or more years of related experience.

1. Minimum 6 years experience in business analysis, preferably in commercial insurance.
2. Knowledge of Zurich processing systems strongly preferred.
3. Experience in mainframe and PC environments with experience in insurance operations beneficial.
4. Excellent analytical and planning skills necessary with ability to effectively manage changing priorities.
