International Assignment Counselor

SUMMARY OF JOB:
International Assignment Counselor located in Scottsdale, Arizona. To
provide single point of contact for International services to
customers for the relocation policies/procedures as designated by the
corporate client.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Primary responsibility for explanation and delivery of International
relocation benefits to the customer. Services include but may not be
limited to policy counseling, policy orientation, assignment
management, destination services, International transportation, home
management, tenancy management, intercultural services,
visa/immigration services, ongoing assignment support and
repatriation.CORE COMPETENCIES:

Minimum:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft office programs and Internet familiarity
Preferred:

One or more languages in addition to EnglishEXPERIENCE:
Preferred:
2+ years customer service responsibility
Business experience in client-oriented environment
Experience in administering expatriate management/International HR
function
