What are the job responsibilities?
Responsibilities include: Plan Installation on Omni; coordination with related departments to complete installation; be an key team member on all Plan Project teams in determining plan requirements and conversion timing; coordinate with prior recordkeepers and sponsors to collect all necessary data for the conversion; work with the reformatting team to create all necessary transactions; edit, balance and post all applicable transactions on Omni; request, create or confirm all necessary reports for the sponsor or participant to confirm the conversion. Key skills necessary: Customer Service - Experienced and extremely conscious of the demands and service expectations of a customer service team environment. Communication - Excellent communicator who can effectively deal with all levels and translate technical information in clear terms; must gain Implementation Project Manager’s and customer’s confidence and trust in business knowledge and commitment to service. Management of Resources - Solid organizational and time management skills are imperative. Exercise immediate and decisive action to solve production related problems. Make efficient use of resources, eliminate redundancies and establish appropriate priorities within the team environment. The candidate must be comfortable working on multiple assignments. Teamwork - Develops effective working relationships with peers and interacts well with other units and third parties. This position will include project work as necessary.What else can we tell you?
College Degree or 2 to 4 year equivalent work experience in customer service / financial services business. Candidate needs to hold a Series 6 designation. Needs to have experience with Omniplus, be adept with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. The Candidate must be computer savvy and have the ability to learn numerous ING propriety applications. Overtime is required during peak times.,

The candidate must have strong analytical skills and be adept at Omniplus, Excel, and Access and have a general understanding of ING’s recordkeeping system structure. The successful candidate must also contribute to the service culture by developing effective relationships with team members and producers as well as support a philosophy of continuous improvement to workflow processes and the customer service level.
