Information Technology Project Coordinator

This is a professional exempt position with regular office hours.The Project Manager is primarily responsible for implementation management of all Katabat products, which includes coordinating activities among internal resources, client resources and third party vendors.Primary Responsibilities Include: Work with internal team members such as software engineers, quality assurance analysts and customer support representatives to ensure quality delivery of products to clients. Provide training, coordination and support necessary to enable clients to successfully implement and utilize Katabat products. The project coordinator assists other project managers and the VP, Professional Services & Customer Support in the day to day management of clients who purchase multiple products. This includes creating status reports, managing issues and working with clients to identify and prioritize change requests for new features. Perform implementation services for assigned projects, such as system configuration, content development, reporting, end-user training, system documentation and trouble shooting. Create project plans, prepare for and conduct client implementation status meetings, control implementation scope and identify and estimate client requested enhancements throughout implementation lifecycle. Creates monthly web site measurement reports. Provide recommendations and lead the client through key business decisions that determine product configuration.Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor’s degree Two years experience in managing information systems implementation projects, preferable web development. Experience in development of training aids and conducting training courses. Excellent communication, organization and human interaction skills Polished written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated self-starter that is able to work independently, is detailed oriented, yet flexible Verifiable project management skills, particularly, management of information system projects from conceptualization to completion.
